Which three teams are doomed for relegation this year?

The Premier League is a ruthless league and sides can be swept away as they struggle to gain traction to avoid dropping down into the Championship. There are quite a few sides who are in fear of getting relegated but who will be the ones to do so.

Although it can be despair for the fans of the clubs, many people actually prosper from their dismay. Betting fans look for the best odds of who is going to be relegated or even bet on all three of them. People look to advice from others such as betting schools to get the inside view on who will be relegated.

So here are the teams in danger and the odds of them to be relegated.

Burnley- 4/11

Currently bottom of the league with just one win all season. It looks like Sean Dyche’s time in the top league could be over after such an impressive stint on such a shoestring budget. However, with games in hand on the teams above them it could be a great opportunity to get some much needed points.

With the signing of Wout Weghorst and much better performances against both Manchester United and Liverpool, there could be a chance of survival if results go their way.

Watford- 1/7

You have to wonder what enjoyment Roy Hodgson will get out of this situation. Watford look more doomed than Burnley and they have more points. Still no win in 12 games and that was the game that got Ole Gunnar Solskjaer the sack! Under Hodgson, they have not scored a single goal and with Aston Villa the opponents this weekend it will be another tough game for Hodgson.

Norwich- 1/12

They looked down and out a few weeks ago but under Dean Smith there seems to be a mini revival. With wins against Watford and Everton, there is a great chance that Norwich might do the impossible. They are currently four points away from safety but have played an extra game than their rivals. Just keep an eye on Norwich.

Newcastle United-10/3

The fear is that they now have all this money but they could well be in the Championship. However, with the new January signings being bedded in and proving themselves it would seem highly unlikely that Newcastle will be relegated. Kieran Trippier’s free kick was enough to beat Aston Villa and give them much needed three points in this relegation battle. Three wins from their last three and unbeaten in their last five could be the form they need to stay up.

Everton-10/1

Not many would have thought that Everton would be in the equation for relegation chat at the start of the season but here they are. Frank Lampard has now been given the job to help them avoid relegation and he grabbed an all-important and dominant win against Leeds United on the weekend.

Everton have only ever been in the second tier of English football four times with the last being in 1954 and the last relegation scare being when Wayne Rooney was a teenager!

Leeds United-11/2

Not as much of a concern for Bielsa’s men as they are six points clear of Norwich in 18th and they have a game in hand on the Canaries. However, it could be a slippery slope if they continue to perform like they did against Everton especially with Manchester United, Liverpool and Spurs in the next three games.
